Manages assigned programs(s) in accordance with applicable regulations, directives and grant agreements. Coordinates participants, volunteers, staff and contractors for efficient operation of programs. Familiarity with Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Access for Windows, desktop publishing.
